We want your stay at Cae Gwyn to be exactly that – your stay. Whether that’s a quiet corner of the camping field or with a roof over your head. All options come with a breath-taking view of the Rhinogs as standard.

Arriving at Cae Gwyn

Campers check-in time is between 2pm and 8pm. Please contact us if you are due to arrive after 8pm. Our farm map is here.

Accommodation (Hayloft Barn, Pod, Bunk Barn) check-in time is from 4pm.

Upon arrival, please drive through the farm to the designated carpark and inform us of your arrival by registering at reception (Please ring the bell) We have a RING doorbell, so if we are out (and welsh signal permitting) we can still check you in even if we are not here.

Please do not build tents or take cars into the camping fields without speaking with us first.

We like to keep the camping fields as flexible as possible; you will likely be able to choose exactly where you want to pitch up, however due to variable weather conditions please seek our advice first.

Please bear in mind this is still a working sheep farm – please read the farm rules and respect the signage. Your safety is very important to us.

Well behaved, friendly dogs are welcome on the farm – kept on a lead, please make sure you have added them to your booking prior to arrival.

Lastly, we recommend you bring a torch!
